Hi guys today I am going to be writing about my current workout routine. This isn’t going to be a long post but just enough. I am currently doing some 30 day challenges from blogilates. I am doing the ab, arm, thigh and butt 30 day challenges which I will link below. I have only been doing they for a couple of days but I will do a review of them when I have finished. I have really enjoyed the exercises and they increase slowly so it is easier. Please remember to consult a doctor before starting a difficult workout routine.
